Who are we?
Two university students who would like to help those who are struggling with mental health issues with their studies .
Let’s be honest about one thing: we are not experts. We are not professionals. We are just two students who have and are having experience with studying at university while encountering (sometimes debilitating) mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression. We know how hard it can be to start, resume or keep up with your studies while you are struggling within your own mind too. We know how tired, hopeless and insecure you can feel. We know what it’s like to have to study using a brain that is operating at (what feels like) minimum capacity. We know, and we hope we can help you get through this. Even if it is just a little.
Even though you will ultimately have to do it yourself, we hope this site can support you. During difficult times it can mean the world to have a little practical help on the side, so you won’t need to waste valuable energy trying to reinvent the wheel.
